From flat tire to driving away
Nothing complicated. You call, we come, you drive. Here is the whole thing in five steps.

Call us
One number, answered by the person who will come out. Tell us where you are, what the vehicle is, and what the tire is doing.
- Your location — address, exit, mile marker, or the business you are parked at
- Year, make and model of the vehicle
- Which tire, and whether it is flat, torn, or just losing air

Get yourself safe
While we are on the way, move yourself out of the traffic lanes. This matters more than the tire, every single time.
- Pull as far off the road as you safely can — access roads and parking lots are ideal.
- Turn on your hazard lights and set the parking brake.
- Stay behind the guardrail or well away from the travel lanes while you wait.
- If you are on I-95, tell us the mile marker or the last exit you passed.
- Never change a tire on the traffic side of the vehicle. Wait for us instead.

We arrive and assess
We look at the tire and tell you straight: this one can be repaired, or this one has to be replaced. You decide before any work starts.
- Puncture in the repairable area of the tread — almost always fixable
- Sidewall damage, a torn bead, or a tire run flat — replacement
- No spare and no usable tire — we can bring a replacement out

The work, on the spot
The truck carries what is needed to pull the wheel, repair or mount the tire, and put it back on your vehicle correctly.
- Wheel removed and the puncture found and repaired
- Or the replacement tire mounted and seated
- Lugs torqued to specification, then a final check before we leave

You drive away
No tow yard, no shop ticket, no coming back tomorrow. You were broken down here and you leave here driving.
Straight answers
Repair it or replace it?
Nobody wants to buy a tire they did not need. If a puncture can be safely repaired, that is what we will tell you — and if it cannot, we will show you why before anything is ordered.
Usually repairable
A nail, screw or similar puncture through the centre of the tread, with the tire still holding some air.
Usually needs replacing
Sidewall cuts, bulges, a shredded or separated tire, or damage too close to the edge to patch safely.
